\n<\/strong>A model to support regenerative Activist Retreats<\/a> at gemse<\/p>\n

For running costs such as operating costs, which amount to around 21,000 euros per year, we are happy to receive support in the form of the “Golden Gams”. This means that you regularly support us with a contribution to the operating costs. For example, with a transfer of \u20ac5\/10\/20\/30 per month, which we can count on.<\/p>\n

If you would like to support us with regular contributions, please state \u2018Golden Gams\u2019 as the reference when making your transfer.<\/p>\n

One-off or annual contributions also help us to continue developing the site. For one-off and irregular contributions, please state \u2018Donation\u2019 as the reference.<\/p>\n

Become a “Solidarity Gams”!<\/strong><\/p>\n

A central part of our work is engaging with privilege \u2014 and exploring how we can share it. We are a majority white collective with mostly abled-bodied people and diverse class backgrounds.<\/b><\/p>\n

With our Regenerative Activist Retreats, we create spaces for people who carry additional burdens due to experiences of discrimination, racialization, and marginalization. These retreats offer a safer space for rest, self-care, retreat, healing, or simply time to be.<\/b><\/p>\n

To make these spaces sustainable, we are building Solidarity Gams:<\/b><\/p>\n

A solidarity-based model through which people can support retreats \u2014 with their time, presence, or financial resources.<\/b><\/p>\n

How you can be part of Solidarity Gams?<\/b><\/p>\n

* Contribute time & care:<\/strong>
\n<\/b>Come to gemse and support a retreat on site. You help hold the space, share responsibilities, and contribute care work, so participants can truly rest.<\/b><\/p>\n

* Contribute financially:<\/strong>
\n<\/b>If you don\u2019t have the capacity to be physically present, you can support through a solidarity contribution (50\u2013100 EUR or according to your means). This helps cover travel and food costs for participants.<\/b><\/p>\n

Solidarity Gams is rooted in the idea of redistributing resources and making spaces more accessible \u2014 collectively.<\/b><\/p>\n

Regeneration is political. And it requires collective support.<\/p>\n
