Skillsharing-Weekend 03.-06.09.2026

We warmly invite you to our Skillsharing Weekend at the GemSe!

At this queer-feminist, solidarity-based community space in the Gailtal, we create a space together where we inspire each other and learn from one another. The GemSe is a social meeting point and project space in nature, where encounter, collective learning, and solidarity are at the heart of everything – far from everyday life, right in the middle of the green.

In workshops, open sessions, and facilitated exchange formats, we want to collectively share and apply knowledge and practical skills around group facilitation, conflict and communication methods in social movements, and self-organised projects. Facilitation here means shaping conversations so that everyone is heard and can move productively into collective action – an essential skill when we want to bring together diverse perspectives and use conflicts as opportunities for growth. The weekend offers time to get to know each other, cook and eat together, experience nature and celebrate, as well as space for lively discussions and methodological experiments.
