5 days lab/camp for research / recreation / co-creation

Coming together with our different bodies / identities / entanglements / needs, we will inevitably collide. How can we practice this failing, falling, and rebounding – find playfulness and pleasure in it? How do we cultivate skills to show up for ourselves and others // with care?

We will explore this together in a queer-feminist CI-research lab: Experimenting with physical / emotional / social forces and mapping out strategies, by engaging in the practices of contact improvisation / somatics / community.

What can happen, is possible.

Civil courage training and queer-feminist argumentation circle training

On the bus, in the queue or at the family dinner table – we are constantly confronted with situations that go against the grain. Violent actions, discriminatory statements and dominating conversations often push us to the edge of our own room for maneuver. This often raises the question: What is actually happening? Do I look the other way? Do I intervene? Do I dare to say something – and if so, what?

Recognizing your own sphere of influence and intervening requires self-reflection, empathy, courage and practice. In the form of regular “circle training”, we want to deal with current social issues and personal scope for action and practise moral courage within our own boundaries.

Argumentation training took place at the GemSe in October 2023. We are building on this, but it is not a prerequisite, but rather a source of ideas for a biannual event that also offers us space for exchange and mutual encouragement.

Bei den Anpacktagen kommen FLINTA* Personen zusammen, um die GemSe weiter zu gestalten und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben. Wir wollen gemeinsam werkeln, reparieren, kochen und feiern. Die Anpacktage sind eine Möglichkeit, diesen Gemeinschaftsort kennenzulernen und mitzugestalten.

Möchtest du über deine Stimme noch näher zu deiner Mitte finden? Spürst du den Wunsch, deinem Ausdruck noch mehr von dir selbst zu verleihen?

Bei diesem viertägigen Vocal Retreat mit Desirée Mostetschnig und Sara Zambrano sind wir der Stimme, dem Körper und unserem individuellen Ausdruck auf der Spur. Wir nähern uns unserem inneren Instrument und Ausdrucksmittel noch bewußter und öffnen uns, wenn wir bereit sind, um diesen sanften Kanal der Heilung zu nutzen und uns selbst mit Freude zu hören.

Einzeln und in der Gruppe erschaffen wir gemeinsam Raum für deine Arbeit an Stimme, Ausdruck und Interaktion, um freier nach Außen zu gehen oder einfach deiner Seele etwas Gutes zu tun.

Zum Retreat sind alle Frauen*Lesben*Inter*Nonbinary*Trans*Agender eingeladen.

Kategorie 1: 150-250 Euro „Deine Grundbedürfnisse sind gedeckt, aber es gibt wenig Spielraum für Extras“ Um beim Explore your Voice mitzumachen musst du zwischen dem Retreat und etwas Anderem auswählen oder in anderen Bereichen sparen.

Kategorie 2: 270-300 Euro „Du hast Spielraum für Extras“
Um beim Explore your Voice mitzumachen musst du keine Verzichte einplanen.

Kategorie 3: 350 Euro oder mehr „Du bist in einer finanziell sicheren Situation.“ Geld ist in deiner derzeitigen Situation in Fülle vorhanden und kein Thema, über das du dir Gedanken machen musst.

Wenn du mitmachen möchtest, aber wenig bis keine finanziellen Mittel hast, melde dich bei uns.
